How Can severe Herniated Disc Disease Be Treated?

Was at redlight when I was rear ended by truck doing 25-30mph. I was diagnosed with L4 bulg L5 herniated S1 bulg prior to this accident . Since the accident I am unable to lay in bed on either side no back or stomach...pain in my hip, buttocks and down left leg.. I have a funny sensation in pelvic area and have tingling and numbness that comes and goes down to left foot...I am not able to sleep through the night ....I have expressed my symptoms to doc and chiropracter.... their response is that my disc are aggravated due to the accident...I understand that however I know my body and something is not right ...I have done massage, icy hot, bio freeze, Epsom salt soaks, tends unit and several pain meds with little to no relief... any suggestions?

Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concent.
It's just possible to get aggregated symptoms after severe trauma to already affected&weak vertebrae...
The exact type of harm done would be eident after investigatio like MRI.following it specific treatment can be planned.
Please consult a spinal surgen.
Thanks.
